Strategist | Educator | School Psychologist
Dr. Nacovin J. Norman, Sr., Ed.D., Ed.S., is Chief Strategist and Director of Puzzles Solutions Group. A school psychologist since 2004, he has served students, families, and child study teams across suburban, rural, and urban New Jersey districts, building on an education career that began in 1997 in classrooms and early-childhood programs. His doctoral research examined upward feedback from teachers to principals—what school leaders are, and are not, hearing from the people closest to the work. Through PSG, he advises schools, districts, and organizations on leadership systems, organizational effectiveness, special education practice, and institutional accountability, bringing strategic thinking to the question of how institutions can be held to the standards they set for themselves.
Commentary on educational leadership, organizational effectiveness, psychological safety, special education, workplace systems, and the public policy that shapes them.
