Parent Intake Meeting

A 30–45 minute intake meeting with a licensed school psychologist. This session reviews your child’s needs, background, and goals to determine the most appropriate psychoeducational or bilingual evaluation path. Payment reserves your appointment time and is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. Fees include Stripe processing: 3.5% for card or 1.5% for ACH.

Initial Consultation

A 60-minute consultation designed for parents who already have school testing, IEPs, or CST reports and need expert interpretation and guidance. Includes review of documents, plain-language feedback, and professional recommendations for advocacy or next steps. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $150 fee. Fees include Stripe processing: 3.5% for card or 1.5% for ACH.
