How It Works

Every counseling and coaching engagement begins with a dedicated intake session ($325) — a structured conversation to understand your goals, history, and needs, and to make sure we’re the right fit. From there, we design a plan built around your schedule and objectives. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $150 fee.
